Our Story
Like many Australians, I once thought financing a car through a dealership was the easiest and most trustworthy way. I financed my first car that way, then my second, and even my third. It wasn’t until I began working in the automotive industry that I realized how wrong I was.
I saw firsthand how dealership finance often prioritized profits over people. Of course, businesses need to make money. But when I discovered how much buyers could save simply by getting a second opinion, it changed everything for me.
Not everyone buying a car is wealthy. I’ve met people scraping together every dollar for a deposit just to get a reliable vehicle for their new job. I’ve seen elderly couples buying what might be their last car, and families debating which model they can actually afford. These are everyday Australians, hardworking people who deserve honesty, care, and transparency.
That’s why I started Loanie Finance: with two simple missions.
First, to help clients avoid being locked into high-interest loans designed to benefit lenders, not borrowers.
Second, to help clients source vehicles and assets at better prices by using our industry knowledge and negotiation experience.
